How do I set up groups, the web screen shots show a group column but I don't know how to create it.

Contact groups are in the SVN.

The SVN version is the development version of RoundCube so some things may not work correctly. Here is link to download it: http://trac.roundcube.net/changeset/3469/trunk?old_path=%2F&format=zip
