Hi,
Roundcube looks great and works without problems as long as I'm not trying to delete a mail or move it into another folder. In this case I get an error message "Server Error (OK)". Afterwards I cannot access any folder and the list remains empty.
I have to log out and log in again to get roundcube to work again. Any ideas?

show us logs from 'RC_dir/logs/' and from imap server in debug mode.
There are no logs in the directory.
And I'm not hosting my own server. So I don't know if I can set the imap server into a debug mode and get the logs there.
