I am using 0.4.1 beta

I get the same error when I try to save an "Identity" - then it deletes the identity and I cannot send emails from that account.

I had to edit the roundcube database to put the identity back into place. The entire "identities" record was deleted.

my resolve, using cpanel
mysql roundcube < /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/SQL/mysql.initial.sql
