Hi to all,
I'm in trouble when I send some attach (ZIP and RAR) and the client is Outlook or when the receiver use your gmail account.
In particular when I send to Outlook the attach is renamed to ATTxxx.dat (xxx is a number) and the user can't open it; when the user use your Gmail account via webmail the attach is renamed as "noname" and the user can't open the attach.
This happend for .zip and .rar files.
I have try to change this solution without any result: settings -- advance settings -- attach name:
RFC 2047/2231 (MS Outlook)
also with the other options
RFC 2231 completo (Thunderbird)
RFC 2047 completo (altri)
I obtain the same result.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem ?
Thanks in advance,
Leonardo
1. Do you use default skin?
2. What version of RC are you using?
3. Look in \logs\error.log. Is there anything?
Yes, I'm using the deafault skin.
I have try with different version (0.2.2 and 0.3.1) but the result is the same.
Into /usr/share/roundcubemail/ I can't find error.log; into /var/log/roundcubemail/errors the file have 0 bytes.
Thanks for your fast reply...I hope that you can help me...
Leonardo
