None of my emails are showing in the inbox for RoundCube or Squirrel Mail. This was happening before until I logged out and back in, now it happens all the time regardless. I've had a look through the settings and can't see any obvious fixes. I read somewhere else that it might be possible to change a setting for this problem to get an error log, but can't find the setting, and don't get any error messages.
This is a new web mail for a new online business I'm working at.
I have redirect after 2 seconds set on my web mail.

Its a problem with your mail server witch isn't part of RoundCube, you can enable debugging by changing $rcmail_config['imap_debug'] to true in /config/main.inc.php
Thanks. I'm new to the e-business world, where exactly is round cube saved? I couldn't find it searching my harddrive, nor from searching my web page files in Filezilla.
Are you asking for RoundCube location or your emails location? Are you on a shared host?
I'm looking for where ever this is to change:

I assume it's shared hosting, it came as part of monthly membership to Chris Farrells web design site.
Since you didn't install RoundCube you need to contact your host and have them fix it.
