i would like to know what is the name of the spam filter module we can see in the screenshots from the main website?

Its the managesieve plugin, keep in mind that you need ManageSieve in order for it to work.

You needs not only managesieve-plugin been configured, but also lexical analyser, filtering-enabled LDA and managesieve-daemon at least to get an effect.
