Can I do my roundcube to register anyone who want ??

cus there is just login form not Sign UP from???

First of all, RoundCube is not a webservice, but a webmail client. You need an IMAP server (and a SMTP server) for handling the mail. Just as you need, when using Thunderbird or Outlook Express. However you can use it to provide a webmail service to other users.

There are several plugin's (http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Plugin_Repository) available which might help you with your wishes
