I setup the register plugin and it looks like it works, when you enter info it says account created but it doesn't create account in hmail.

Must be a misconfiguration. Follow this tutorial: RegisterPlugin - myroundcube - Register Plugin - RoundCube Plugins - Google Project Hosting (http://code.google.com/p/myroundcube/wiki/RegisterPlugin)
