Title: Firefox won't remember password upon login
Post by: UpAllNightBrain on December 20, 2010, 04:46:05 PM
Firefox won't remember password and username.  Very annoying.

I use this site at Tuffmail.  Is this a Tuffmail or Roundcube issue.

You can change that behavior if you have access to the RoundCube files.
Title: No access to files

I don't have access to the files.  Tuffmail is my outsourced email provider and now that I know that it can be changed, I have put forth a request with them to see if they would be willing to make the change.  Is there documentation I can point them to or a config file if they ask?

Thanks for your help.

Just tell them to edit /skins//templates/login.html and find and remove:

autocomplete="off"

I have the same experience with Tuffmail. It's a Tuffmail issue. I can imagine it's disabled because of potential security issues. Tuffmail gives high priority to secure email.
