Hi,
    I have done the config part of adding private and public keys from reCAPTCHA: Stop Spam, Read Books (http://www.google.com/recaptcha) using API keys . Then pasted it in config.inc.php . Then created a database for rcguard and import it to plugins/rcguard/SQL/mysql.initial... file . Now when am checking the site ..it works perfect .. but when i try to log in ..it puts me an error of "Could Not Open Socket"

Yes , i  am behind proxy .. So this is the problem ... ??
