Hi,

I am new to using roundcube and would appreciate help.

I have two domains hosted in my VPS with exactly same settings under Kloxo.

webmail.domain1.com leads to an error page saying network problem.
webmail.domain2.com works perfectly.

Is there some tweak I need to do somewhere?

Solved, looks like this is a dns propagation issue.
