Title: Not Recieving Mail

Hi there, new here and very new to roundcube. A family member had some one set her mail accounts up and they have been working fine till wednesday. I have had a look but don't understand how the setup works at all. Can anyone here shed some light for me?

Basically there is two parts, first is the imap server and then client. RoundCube is the client, it connects to the imap server witch receives and stores the emails. If your not receiving emails its a problem with the imap server not with RoundCube, your best bet would be to contact your mail server provider and ask them for support.
