Hi everyone, I am really hoping that someone can please please help.
I run my small independant business through my website using roundcube for my emails. Last week I logged in and all my emails from customers with their orders, details etc were gone. I have been trying to look into every reason why and then earlier today I was notified via my phone that I had received further emails on my business account. I logged on tonight and while still the previous emails are not there but nor are the ones I received today.
I would be so appreciative of any help as if I cannot get these back it will be a big loss of business and major reputation impact. :(
You need to contact your mail servicer provider and ask them for help.
