is it possible to edit roundcube:objects?
Where are they in the folder structure?

its best to edit them with a plugin rather than changing the core. you can use the template_object_* hook see Plugin_Hooks ? Roundcube Webmail (http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Plugin_Hooks#TemplateHooks)
