Title: adding a second email account
Post by: James Lacey on February 01, 2011, 02:51:56 AM
This might sound stupid, but I'm having problems setting up a second email account in my Roundcube. I can set up a second email address, and send from it
but no way of logging on with it, or anywhere to even initiate my password. I'm not a computer whiz, or programmer, so might be missing something here?
Thanks
James

Roundcube is just the IMAP client app. It doesn't create any accounts on mail server.

RoundCube is an IMAP client like Outlook or Thunderbird, it does have any account management features built in. There are a couple of plugins for certain backends available. You need to setup the accounts on your IMAP server and then you can login to them using RoundCube.

Hi James,
I am having similar problems. I have my site hosted with bluehost and on the c panel to the left it lists my programs.  One of them was webmail, or email accounts.  That is where you go to add and delete accounts.  you can also access your webmail through there.  You can switch between I.D.  I hope this helps somewhat.
