Title: IE Spell Check Not Working

Using the latest IE the English spell check finds no errors. Trying the same in FF all errors are found correctly. How can I make IE work?

I can confirm that spell check (pspell) does not work with IE9.

Does anyone know how to fix without updating entire RC install to version 0.5x?
