I need some help here -

When using Roundcube to send email, and pasting text from Word 2008 for MAC, non-MAC users see the following:

I've no idea what's causing this to appear.

Any help would be appreciated!

You're pasting text to html editor? Go to TinyMCE demo page TinyMCE - Full featured example (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/tryit/full.php) and check there. Let as to know if it works there (after pasting use HTML button to view the source). If not, ask on TinyMCE forum.
