I'm not a programmer so wont understand tech language. We are trying to send emails but it says error 550 verification failed for mailbox quota exceeded sender verify failed - we have not sent any emails today ???
Check you IMAP (Mail) account. Most probably it ran out of quota.

I thought this may be the answer, I go into Fyrewire and then into roundcube and but cannot find an option to change quota
Quota can only be changed in your IMAP server settings. If you don't have privileges to extend your mailbox quota, the only chance for you is to cleanup your mailbox (delete unnecessary mails permanently).

I have deleted 4000 emails and it says my email is 60% usage, any other ideas, anyone i could contact at roundmail please
I don't think its a Roundcube bug, the message from the smtp server is pritty clear that it had an error, I think may be you should contact your mail provider and see if they can help.
