I recently switched from godaddy to roundcube. I am still able to send emails via outlook 2010but since the switch, I do not receive emails from my roundcube webmail account into my mail client - I can only see my emails when I log into roundcube webmail.
The incoming/outgoing IMAP server details seem to be correct but nothing has been received in my desktop client since I switched from godaddy. I am not sure what to do - any suggestions?

Hi,
Roundcube is webmail software, your actual email account etc is still run by your ISP, for example godaddy. I'm afraid there isn't much any one here can do to help, please contact your ISP.
