Title: unable to delete folders

(sorry - not sure exactly which version of RC I'm using, as it's on a hosted site; pretty sure it's v0.5.x)

I've got a couple of folders that I can in the left nav of the main screen that I want to delete but they don't appear in the "Manage Folders" page. Any idea how I can get rid of them?

One of them was a result of me trying to create a folder named "site.org", not realizing that I shouldn't use periods in my folder names. The other was the unfortunate result of a network drop as the folder was being copied from a local client up to the IMAP server...

They are probably subscribed but not exists. Try to create such folders and then delete. In 0.6 they will be automatically unsubscribed.
