Title: Server Error (parsererrror) on all pages
Post by: fricciardi on August 03, 2011, 03:53:12 PM
Hello,

Recently upgraded to Ubuntu 2.6.35-22 and this error now appears on every page.  Not seeing anything in the logs that would seem to correspond.

PHP 5.3.3-1ubuntu9.5 with Suhosin-Patch (cli)
Roundcube is 0.3.1-4

Any help would be so very much appreciated.

Sincerely

Frank

First of all I would update Roundcube to recent version (0.5.3).

'parseerror' means that there is an error when parsing the response by jquery ajax (javascript).

thanks i though of doing that. On Ubuntu when you use aptitude to update to the latest, what you get is 0.3.1-4. I was trying to avoid a manual process.
do you know if there is a way to do it simply?

Thanks so much for your reply.

Ok so Thank you again for the suggestion. I did do a manual upgrade and now instead of (parser error) i simply get Server Error! (OK) on every mail page.

I think you are right about the AJAX portion b/c every time i type a letter the message reappears. All the other sections of the site (config etc) appear to work normally.

Really stumped here.

I remember that there are problems with ...
QuotePHP 5.3.3-1ubuntu9.5 with Suhosin-Patch (cli)
... Suhosin.

'Server Error' messages should be logged in the Roundcube error log.
