Title: Recurring events disabled? - JQuery Calendar 4.4
Post by: lauro on September 12, 2011, 11:00:17 AM
I manage 2 hosts with Roundcube, and both have the JQuery Calendar plugin. The first one runs version 4.1 of the plugin, while the last one I tried versions 4.2 to 4.4. Both hosts run Roundcube 0.5.4.

My problem is with the host running plugin version 4.4, it does not allow recurring events, the dialog box to add a new event shows "recurring: never" and this dropdown menu is disabled. I ran the mysql.sql installation script, this host did not run the calendar plugin before, it was a 4.4. fresh install. I ran all the tests.

I even tried to put calendar 4.1 folder in the place of the 4.4 on the second host, but it gives me an error, since the SQL tables (seem to be) are different.

 How can I fix this?

I never installed 0.5.4. Update to 0.6rc and use recent calendar plugin. Database adjustments and re-configuration is required.
