Hi I don't even now if this is where I should post this but hopefuly someone will let me know!
I need to get a spam filter so that it pops it into my junk mail as I am wasting much time deleting lots of rogue emails. Please can you tell me whether there is one available and step by step guide of how to get it?

I don't know of any plugins for RC which can actually detect spam. I think a spam filter is best installed on your mail server, not on a client. That way the messages are filter before they even get to you and then same filtering is used regardless of what client you connect with. There are lots of guides available on the internet no how to setup different mail servers with spam filtering. Spamassassin is a common tool for detecting spam which works with most mail servers.
