I have been using Roundcube webmail for a substantial amount of time and have created multiple folders and have several 1000 emails stored online.

I would like to transfer my email to mac mail but would like to keep my folders and emails in tact (and download them to the mail application).

Is there any way of doing this?

If your transferring from RoundCube to Mac Mail it should be easy since RoundCube uses IMAP. Ones you connect to your mail server using Mac Mail it should Download all of the folders and emails.
