Hi,
Like I say, be it in Cc or Cci, I can't send an email to more than 4 contacts, Roundcube show me a sweet "Failed to send message" !
Anyone know how I can resolve it ?

Whats in your RoundCube logs?

Look into main.inc.php 'max_recipients'. In older Roundcube installations maybe
limit_recipients plugin is installed.
