larry & Chrome... Garbled selection

A couple of our subscribers complained of some garbled menu selections using Chrome while in Larry... Here are a couple of examples



I was able to replicate this issue, as were a few colleagues.

Just as a side note, they also stated html did not display correctly in Chrome with larry in some situations.

I think it most likely a plugin problem.
