Is there a problem with Trac (2013.04.13)

Hello,

yesterday I noticed a problem with your Trac installation. I try to update a ticket but I can't because Trac thinks (as it always does) that my post is a spam but rather than showing a captcha, it shows the following error message:

Captcha Error
Submission rejected as potential spam
Failed captcha attempts
Trac thinks your submission might be Spam. To prove otherwise please provide a response to the following.

Input error: Invalid referer


Having to enter a captcha for each post is already painful but still better than not being able to post at all :-))
