While some of them are fairly obvious, some are not. I've Googled and searched the Wiki, but can't seem to find a reasonably detailed listing of what each plugin does. Any guidance is appreciated!

I'm not sure that a general list exists, most of the plugins have a README or the plugin description in the top of the main plugin file.
