0.9 - Serious UI bug in Chrome (compose window popup)

Using latest version of Chrome. When I have the option enabled to compose messages in a new window, and I hit 'reply' on a message, I can see a window pop up but then it zooms a bit to the upper left of my screen and is super small (all I can see is the spell check button). I have to resize it.
