Inbox Auto get new mail issue

Hi

have just installed RC and it seems v.good apart from a small issue that i have come across,(which may just be my config etc.)
the problem is when i have logged on to the mail server, and opened the inbox, and say there is 1 message waiting to be read.

if i don't read it before the next 'auto' check for new mail, then the same mail shows again (ie 2 messages in the main window) but the inbox count stays at 1 (as it should because there is not a new message)

anyone else seen this , if so have you managed to sort it
