No New Email in Inbox Again with Newest RC version 0.9

I use Roundcube Mail with hMailServer, we created an account in hMailServer Administration panel and we can access and sync with that very account from Outlook, Gmail, and Android mail client, but not Roundcube Mail.

I tried every possible method from this forum and online, caching already disabled by default, still no luck, anyone? Thanks


PHP 5.3.25 with MySQL 5.6.11 (newest) with Windows Server 2012 Standard with IIS 8. Thanks again.
