Roundcube webmail not sending

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place - I am new to the forum and require some assistance.

I have my own website which I run through CPanel, I have set up 2 e-mail accounts via the CPanel and use Roundcube webmail to access them.

They have been working fine and Roundcube is a very good bit of kit. But the last couple of days I've noticed that I can't send out any e-mails. I receive them fine, but can't send out.

Does anyone know the problem and how I can fix it? Bearing in mind I am a bit of a noob.

I've seen lots of stuff on google about accessing your Roundcubes files and stuff, but I presume that's only if you've downloaded and installed it? I simply access it through my browser (Firefox).

If your just using RoundCube provider by your host you need to contact them for support.
