Copy accounts / mail from socketmail?

any chance of copying account and emails from my current SocketMail Lite install?

Its been a disaster, and after installing this it seems flawless compares to the greef socketmail has given me. boy did I was $100.

anyway to possible copy those accounts? there are about 300 so doing it manually seems timely. and the emails wouldnt move,

any ideas?

There are some utilities to do it. I have used imapsync. It will copy nested folders and all.
