Open multiple e-mail accounts

Is there a way to open multiple e-mail accounts at once?

I have two I would like to keep an eye on without having to log in and out. They both use the same IMAP host.

Nope.

You can login with your root account (username and password you use to access your control panel) and your mailboxes for different e-mail addresses should be shown in a tree format. You may have to subscribe to the folders first.
