How to migrate mail box content of particulary accounts

Hello fellas we are migrating some domains form a new server,
what happens is that some of our clients dont use outlook and has content in they box structure (inbox, sent, trash, etc)
how do i make this backup of particular email accounts?

I'm not sure exactly what you asking, it sounds more like a mail server question.

Somethings changes:

Now i have an Outlook 2013 with [email protected] configured with inbox there with 200 msgs
and i have this same domain.com configured into Plesk with Roundcube.

i would like to import this 200 msgs (from my outlook inbox) to the email account on Roundcube Inbox.

I'm guessing that the Outlook account isn't using IMAP so unfortunately I can't really be of much help since I don't know much about Outlook.
