Hi, first of all thanks to everyone spent time to develop Roundcube.

I have a problem with the mail repliying.

I'm using Roundcube for a Turkish site and i have managed to send and receive mails.

Turkish is use ISO-8859-9 or 1254 as character set.

My surname Includes non-ISO-8859-1 character " ÃÃ...Â" " .

When i send mail from gmail it my name is shown as "***** ÃÃ...Â"NAL" (you can see in images) (stars are for privacy)

No problem up to here.

I can normaly receive mail.

At mail reading page there is no problem too. The letter " ÃÃ...Â" " is shown as " ÃÃ...Â" "

But when i click to reply button " ÃÃ...Â" " turns to " ÃÆÂ'ÃÂ...“ "

When i try to send like as image with the letter with no change the mail does not sent .

but when i delete Name and Surname from receiver adress textbox the mail has sent.
