Saving all emails

Hi folks,
Not a tech guy really, so I need help.
I have a ton of emails that I access through roundcube and need to download all of them. I am about to change hosting services for my company's website and email and need to save everything. However, the only option I see for downloading email is to do it one email at a time.

Is there a way to grab all of them at once?

There isn't any easy way to download all emails messages from RoundCube. If you moving hosting providers it possible your new host maybe able to transfer them over for you.
