Problem with Chinese characters in IE

Hi,

I'd like to ask your help, what did I do wrong. Chinese characters appearing amazingly well in Firefox, but not in IE. (IE8).
Everything is in UTF8, or so i hope. Any idea are welcomed how can I fix this. One thing is sure, i've tried it under Larry and Classic skins.

Roundcube runs on a wm, centos7, apache 2.4.6-18, php 5.4.16-21, mysql 5.1.
