adding email addresses

Hi - I am absolutely ignorant about roundcube having inherited it from the person who maintained my website and email addresses before me! I have one email set up but would like to be able to add more - such as jane@, fred@ and so forth so others than me can be associated with the account. Can anyone give me simple instructions about how to do this? Can only offer undying gratitude in exchange!

Your looking at the wrong part, RoundCube is only webmail where you can access your email accounts. You'll need to add the accounts on the mail server.
