Have to clear browser history

No problem logging in to RoundCube the first time.
But... if you log out and then try to log in again, log in attempts are ignored until you delete you browser history. (Chrome)
I this normal? My users are mostly elderly and computer semi-literate and won't know to do this. In any case, it is inconvenient.

No thats not normal, is there anything in the RoundCube error log?

No error messages in /cpanel/roundcube/log/

Are you using RoundCube thats part of cPanel?

yes in cPanel. It was installed by my ISP. I did get them to update to the latest version of Roundcube.

Did it happen before or after the RoundCube update?
