Cannot reply-to or forward emails

Just started this afternoon.
When you go to reply (or forward) to an email (Classic Skin Only)... There is no original message in the body.
And you can Not place a cursor INTO the body for a reply.
Frustrating.

It is happening in IE 10 on Win 7.... NOT in Firefox or Chrome
