Roundcube for 100,000 users ?

Hi,
I'm a developer at the french Department of Ecology. We plan to change our webmail for about 100,000 users.
We started working on roundcube (0.9.5 then 1.0beta), and it is very successful. We are convinced that this is an excellent product, by its modularity and ease of use.
But to convince our decision makers, we need references.
Is there any feedback for more than 50,000 users ? We need details on application maintenance, ease of update and other information for large installations.
