Autimatic server settings

Maybe a noob question but i cant figure it out.

We own a small hosting and use Roundcube on our hosting domain. All of our customers need to login by entering their server which is mail.domain.com
the problem is that they need to fill in the server details themself. Is there a possibility that roundcube gets the server settings automatically. So if i log in with [email protected] the server will be mail.hostingprovider.com?

You can set the default_host in the Roundcube config to "mail.%s" to do what you want.
