how to know ip adress

Hi, I'm Sebastian and I come to ask if there is any way to know the ip of the people who send me an email.
i work in a online radio program, and to meet orders from listeners use roundcube. lately there's someone who's going humourous and is generating spam in our inbox sending offensive messages (a thousand messages a day with the same words).
can someone give me a solution.

You would need to setup a filter at the mail server level to block the emails.
