Compose Not Working

Compose screen opens, but instantly self closes. Cleared cache didn't help. Ideas/suggestions?  Thanks!

What Roundcube version? Any error in the Roundcube log? Have you tried with all plugins disabled?

Thks for response. Version is 0.9.3. Don't think I have any plugins; no error msgs seen. If this is not latest version and I download latest ver, do I risk losing address book?

I did find a workaround by changing composing preferences to compose in a new window. With that checked, am able to compose and send mail. If I uncheck that box, Compose function will again self close making it impossible to create mail.

Roundcube 0.9.5 is the latest in the 0.9.x branch. You shouldn't risk losing your address book if your perform an upgrade http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Howto_Upgrade make sure to backup before you do the upgrade.
