Cannot export more than one message at a time

My inbox is full, I need to remove messages but have to still have access to them. Instructions on Roundcube help sounds incredibly simple:

Export an Entire Folder
For archiving purposes all messages from a folder can be downloaded as .zip archive without first selecting them in the list.

Switch to the folder you want to export and then select Download folder from the Folder actions menu behind the gear icon in the folders list footer.

However, there's no option to download an entire folder.

Even selecting more than one msg greys out the "download eml" button

Also can't find the zipdownload plugin, doesnt seem to be listed on the plugins page

P.S. is this community forum the extent of the Roundcube customer support??

Roundcube is open source webmail software, it does not provide customer support as it has no customers itself. https://roundcube.net for more info.

Thanks for your reply. So when the instructions provided on the Roundcube website don't work what happens?

Setup any mail software you want and backup what you want directly to PC.
For example MS Outlook can backup full mailbox to .pst file

Hi! thanks for your reply, I know of those alternative methods but I would like users to be able to do it easily through the webmail interface. At this time they can only export emails individually.

Hello, I still have not been able to solve this situation. Could someone tell me where to locate roundcube configuration files?
I've run a find command on server from root folder but I can't find anything with the name roundcube. Server has Plesk.

It can be in different places.
For example here: /var/www/html/webmail/config/config.inc.php

Try search "webmail", "config.inc.php", "plugins"
