Strange thing in mailbox

I found a little thing (see the picture) en i will know if more people see it and how to clear that.



When i click on another place it is gone.
Tryed it in 2 browsers (Firefox and Ie).

This is a focus indicator. It shows where you are if you use keyboard (arrow keys) to move over the list.

Is it possible to disable that?

Why would you want to disable it? It is needed by people who prefer to use keyboard navigation.
