SVN 639 - new subfolder unsubscribed

Hi,

I create a parent folder. Now I create a subfolder. By clicking Create the folder list above is actualised - but on the second refresh I get this folder without subscription. I need to reload and check it, to see this folder in the email page. Is this a known bug?
