new user defaults

Hi All,
I'm new to roundcube and I was wondering if there was a way to configure and set the preferences when a user is created.
When I used squirrelMail you would create a user and give it the setting you wanted, then copy the setting string to a defaultsettings.txt file that would be loaded on creation.

I really hope this is possible in roundcube v1

you can set everything in the roundcube config file.
