Hi all,

For one of my site I am developing a drupal module to completely integrate the roundcube webmail and am planning to release the module for others too

Present features
- login integration with drupal (password needs to be same on drupal site and mail server)
- all basic roundcube functions (mail, address book, settings)

Planned features before the release
- creation of email accounts when user registers (right now only planing for cpanel)
- changing user password in drupal changes password of email (cpanel only)
- SPAM/JUNK Filter

Future Features
- webmail block with information about new messages in inbox
- integration of addressbook with drupal user system
- configuration of roundcube settings through drupal admin panel
- creation of email accounts and password change for other control panels

I have not personally used any of the spam and junk filters plugin available for roundcube so if anybody knows which filter plugin works the best let me know

also will like to get the feedback from you all on the features and also what kind of features you will like to see being implemented

Sounds very promising.

What's the best way of keeping informed on progress? do you have an announcement list one can subscribe to, for example?

I would be really interested in being kept up-to-date on this...

Do you have an announcement list for this one could subscribe to, or what's the best way to keep informed?

Thanks!

Hello,

This is a very good project.

By the way, there is an integration module already available at the Drupal site, but it does not work with the latest RC version. You could have a look at this for starters.

I originally tried to get that working when I was using Drupal 4.7, but with no success, and didn't succeed in getting help resolving the issue either.

(I expect it shouldn't have been too hard to resolve, but I was very new at Drupal and was also pressed for time...)
